- Description
Crossco Swimming Pool Muriatic Acid is ready for use and does not require mixing. This pH reducer is designed to help prevent scaling caused by calcium-based chlorine and hard water in swimming pool and spa.
Available in: ¼ US GAL, 1 US GAL.
- Application
Check pH of pool before adding chlorine. Add acid if pH is too high, as follows;
- for 7.6 to 8 pH add 2 to 16oz, acid
- for 8 to 8.4 pH add 4 to 32 oz, acid
- for 8.4 to 8.8 pH add 6 to 48oz, acid
Apply product in different parts of the pool for dispersion. Check the pH again the next day. Do not mix different pool chemicals together.
Other used: Cleans ceramic tile, stone and other masonry surfaces. Remove grouts over tiles.
